Paul founded Savvy Fitness in 1991 with one person as a Personal Training business. Paul’s mission and purpose from the outset was to inspire individuals to achieve personal responsibility with their own health and well-being through proper education, direction and motivation. With 30 years experience in the fitness industry, Paul has truly impact thousands of lives. “Lifestyle changes can be extremely difficult to achieve; however, very rewarding. At Savvy Fitness we understand that behavioral modification will be more challenging from the psychological aspect rather than from the physical. The cornerstone of Savvy Fitness is the level of expertise of the Health & Fitness Professional who create the appropriate exercise prescription, nutritional education and lifestyle change components that will allow every individual the opportunity to achieve their potential.” Our goal and objective is to nurture everyone through the process of incorporating the knowledge (what to do), the skill (how to do it), which will inspire their desire (want to do it) necessary for taking personal responsibility for their own health and well-being.”
