Savvy Fitness has developed the Holt of California Fitness Challenge
as the introduction to their comprehensive Workplace Wellness program.
By implementing the Fitness Challenge Holt of California has taken the
first step toward leading their company to a healthier lifestyle. This
Fitness Challenge is designed to be a simple, fun way for the Holt of
California employees to exercise at home or at work.
The goals of the Holt of California Fitness Challenge are to:
- Increase physical activity among employees by:
a. Engaging non-exercising employees in consistent exercise,
b. 30 minutes a day at least three times per week, and
c. Engaging already exercising employees to exercise 30 minutes a
day, three to five times per week.
- Begin to improve employee health through moderate exercise.
- Motivate employees to focus on taking responsibility for their
own health.
- Build employee morale and satisfaction through a friendly TEAM
competition!
